    Heather is the daughter of Attorney Barbara Jo Entwistle, Heather’s practice includes heavy emphasis on divorce and family related issues, as well as criminal defense, and estate planning and administration. In addition, Heather is a trained mediator and believes there are great benefits in trying to resolve disputes through mediation, especially where child custody/access is in dispute. Mediation can be a valuable tool for client-centered lawyers and can be an effective alternative for individuals hoping to avoid litigation.
